This session will explain the difference between formative and summative assessment and outline four practical and effective assessment techniques that you can use in your classroom: multiple-choice questions, whole-class feedback, comparative judgement and scaled scores. It will also explain why using rubrics and exam mark schemes are not so effective!
Improving Writing โ Daisy Christodoulou
Description: Over the last few years, No More Marking have worked with over 2000 schools in the UK, US and Australia, to assess nearly a million pieces of writing using Comparative Judgement.
