Coaching Workshop
Join us for a live Coaching Workshop on implementing the Science of Learning with Dr. Nathaniel Swain and Brendan Lee.
In this session, we will be hearing from real teachers discussing their real-world challenges in implementing the Science of Learning. Dr Nathaniel Swain and Brendan Lee will then guide the teachers and school leaders through some possible solutions, taking an evidence-informed approach.
Brendan Lee
Brendan Lee is an experienced primary school leader in NSW. When he fell down the rabbit hole of educational research, he felt compelled to help bridge the gap between research and practice by supporting teachers in implementing the evidence. Currently, he does that through providing professional learning, writing on his blog (learnwithlee.net) and as the host of the Knowledge for Teachers Podcast.
Dr Nathaniel Swain
Teacher, Instructional Coach, and Researcher. He has recently joined La Trobe University School of Education and SOLAR LAB as Senior Lecturer in Learning Sciences and Learner Engagement. Nathaniel has taught a range of learners in primary school settings, and has a background in speech-language pathology.
