Answering your questions about mathematics education

Alex Blanksby

Alex has worked with students with a wide range of abilities since 2014. He has a focus on helping students feel they are capable of understanding mathematics. He believes that while mathematics can be, and often is hard, those who enjoy mathematics often enjoy it because of the challenge not in spite of it.

He is the creator of the website Vic Maths Notes, where he has written notes for the Victorian Curriculum and VCE Mathematics courses and collected other resources since 2016 as well as working with Oxford University Press to help author their recently published Maths 7-10 series.
