Principals’ Forum: Leading Change through Complexity

Cranbourne Primary School

There is a lot of information about the “what” of Science of Learning, but still a lack of information about the “how”. Join Lachlan Yeates, Principal at Cranbourne Primary School as he shares the secrets of his success in moving his low-ICSEA school from the bottom of his network to the top in three years. This session will include practical advice around:

  • Strategies to bring staff on the change journey

  • Balancing student wellbeing/behaviour with learning

  • Leadership mindsets

Plenty of time will be provided for discussion, so please bring your questions for what promises to be a fascinating session.
